Shipping and Returns

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

Most of our orders are shipped within 48 hours from Los Angeles (pending availability and credit verification).  We do not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays, we can offer Saturday delivery at an extra charge.

Returns

We except returns on items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund.

Returns must be postmarked 14 calendar days from the day you received your shipment.  Your refund will be credited to the same payment used to make the purchase.  All Sale Items, face masks and some other items are final sale, this will be noted in the item description. 

If your return arrives after the 14 days but before 21 days we will process it for a store credit.  After 21 days the items will be automatically reshipped to the customer.

Refunds will be processed up to 10 days after receipt at our warehouse and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.
The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Behind Closed Drawers is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Behind Closed Drawers does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

For your return please put unworn merchandise back in the plastic bag and include all tags.  Fill out the reason code and packing list and add it to the mailer.

*There will be a restocking fee of $15 if the return contains more than two items.  The restocking fee will be subtracting from the total amount refunded.

*Sale items are non refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges at the moment, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color please email us at sales@behindcloseddrawers.co and we can process this for you.
